Your order will be processed Monday to Friday within business hours excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed before 10 am on a weekday will be processed that same day. Orders received after 10 am will be processed the next working day.

We will email you your tracking number as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

All purchases must be signed for. If you can provide a physical address you know someone will be home or at work between 9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday.

If by chance we have muddled up your order make sure you send us an email straight away so we can get it sorted for you ASAP. We ask that you also inspect your purchase on receipt and if there are any issues you send us an email.

Due to the nature of the products sold we cannot offer returns or refunds on cups, liners or underwear that have been opened and used due to hygiene reasons.

We have provided a lot of information on our website, tips and tricks and videos to help you find the right size. We are also just an email away if you need some help choosing or you are unsure which size will be right for you. We also recommend that you purchase a duo pack where you get two sizes at a discounted price. Some of our Frankettes find that they can use both with the larger holding more blood and only being a few mm wider. If the MIDI suits at the time of purchase, you can keep the MAXI for the future or pass it on to someone else to try.

Making the switch to reusable will take time for some so bear with it and give yourself time to adjust. Patience and practice will be key for you to get comfortable with your Franki Cup. We generally advise that you give yourself 3 cycles. We promise after this you will be a CupPro in no time.
